Booklets will be returned to Bronze and Silver level prize award winners to finish the program. Gold winner booklets returned by request. ******************************************************** *IMPORTANT ADVISORY: It has been reported that some program participants are trying to submit multiple copies of the "official" Operation: Fly NC booklet for stamps at airports, museums and seminars. The program rules states: "one booklet per pilot submitted in person." Participating airports have been notified to report the name of anyone trying to receive multiple stamps to the Op: Fly NC staff. **Some airports may close during regular business hours. Alternative visitation proof can be done with getting a signature and contact information of a person at the airport or getting a picture of yourself at a noticable landmark (i.e. in front of the FBO, sign, etc.). After taking the picture you can post them on your favorite online gallery, email them or print hard copies.
